How do you judge an all-you-can-eat restaurant? Of course, if you’re going to stuff yourself silly, you want the food to be great. But you also don’t want to feel shamed for asking for seconds. Perth has no shortage of buffets and all you can eat banquets including Korean BBQs, five-star buffets, smorgasbords. Here, some of our favourites, where you won’t be judged for getting that third or fourth plate, and where you’ll be able to taste till your heart’s content as much great food as your stretchy pants will allow.

As usual, we stock up on the prawn cocktail and spend most of our time drooling over all the European cakes. The Princess cake is a must.

Calling all hungry vegetarians, Annalakshmi is your all you can eat Mecca of tasty authentic Indian vegetarian food. You also just pay what you want to, but we recommend digging deep as it’s completely run by volunteers, there to spread good vibes And good food.

This one’s for all the meat lovers, get ready for the endless rodizio (rotisserie) meat feast at Lapa. Roaming waiters carve your choice of 16 different cuts of barbecued meat straight on to your plate. To accompany your endless meat feast there’s plenty of sides too, so make room. All for $45, you really can’t go wrong.

All you can eat steamboat at Dragon Seafood Chinese Restaurant in Northbridge. You read right and don’t worry everyone gets their own hot pot. When you arrive you choose from seven soup bases. You then head up to the buffet to choose your meats and vegetables, and head back as many times as you like. It’s messy but so much fun. And seriously, loose clothing is not optional.
