Indoor cycling at its best, Bike Bar has just opened up in Claremont and it’s not your standard spin class, it’s different, they have fun and want you to join the party (they take their music very seriously).

The studio is beautifully designed with luxe amenities, fresh towels, mood lighting, sweet tunes and even a health bar out front.

Choose your bike  and your clip in shoes (on the house) and leave the rest to them. Their instructors will guide you through a meditative cardio workout curated to stimulate your brains and transform your body. Its a really unique work out that is just so much fun. Cardio party indeed!
