Sunday yoga just got a whole lot more exciting! Perth Yoga Retreat is hosting an enchanting underground yoga session, incorporating a silent disco to make a memorable experience.

Spend your afternoon nourishing the mind and body through immersing yourself in a number of different yoga styles.

Just north of Perth, this unforgettable event will take place in the magical Yanchep Cabaret Cave.

This cave is a part of the Yanchep National Park and is known for being visually stunning and acoustically sensational. With the addition of unique, wireless, silent disco headphones lighting up the cave, this is sure to be an incredible sensory experience. 

The sessions will include a vinyasa inspired flow practice, along with yin yoga, pranayama and yoga Nidra. In case you haven’t heard of these styles before, vinyasa yoga is essentially a sequence of changing postures that stream into one another. The body moves in sync with breath to relieve stress or tension while calming the mind.

Similar to vinyasa yoga, yin yoga is also slow-paced. This form of Yoga is designed to stretch the deep connective tissue between our muscles and increase circulation in the joints. If you aren’t flexible, yin yoga will help to loosen you up!

Pranayama, also known as yoga breathing, teaches control of the breadth and accompanies yoga Nidra, a popular meditation technique.

In addition to the Underground Yoga session, Perth Yoga Retreats have also offered a Summer Soul Flow and Sound session coming to Scarborough beach on the 1^st of December. What better way to kick start your yoga routine for Summer!

Enjoy your choice of cold press juices and raw bliss balls while connecting with fellow yogis after the practice.

All skill levels are welcome to the event, so don’t worry if you are new to yoga! Tickets are $85 which also includes entry to the National Park – so you can come a little earlier and enjoy nature for the morning, and silent disco #caveyoga in the afternoon!
