Seafood lovers, someone has heard your prayers because the  Fish & Sips Festival hits Perth on the 29th March. This weekend-long festival celebrates and showcases  Perth’s best seafood restaurants with the WA’s best wineries, all at the most quintessential WA location – Port Beach.

Long Chim, Young George, Pinchos, Uma, Kailas and a whole lot more, you can expect some incredible seafood being served up by some of Perth’s best chefs. Some of the experiences you can’t miss are Melissa Palinkas of Young George cooking up her signature “By-catch-by-the-sea” long table lunch, Uma’s Alejandro Saravia will be in town doing his famous History of Ceviche Masterclass and Sweetwater’s Leigh Power serving up some amazing seafood dumplings.

There will also be plenty of entertainment with live tunes and chilled DJ sets and plenty of entertainments for kids too.
