A Northern Thai Pop Up Restaurant is coming to Perth and is about to bring us all the best flavours from the region. Brought to you by Thai cuisine loving duo Tom (ex Nahm, Funky Lam and Long Chim) and Nicky, they’ll be serving up a set menu with dishes they both love and that are hard come by in Perth including dishes with influences from Chang Mai, Chang Rai, provinces of Thailand and across the border into Laos.

Expect lots of grills, fiery salads, nose to tail, local ingredients and a Luang Prabang style blood sausage that will blow you away! All served share-style, with hot sticky rice as the central component.

Cold beer and amphora fermented wine by Margret River based wine co, Skigh Wines.
