What To Expect: Get ready to sweat your ass off for 45 minutes straight. It’s yoga performed in a studio that is heated to about 35 degrees. If that’s too much they also have heated Vinyasa yoga which is great for stretching out those stiff muscles and easing yourself into hot yoga, with the room set to about 27 degrees.
